About Arcwell
We train the people who put AI to work in businesses, starting in Colorado and growing nationwide.
Our name
An arc is a path from where you are to where you want to be, and the bright spark between two points. Well means done with skill and care. Arcwell is the path to an AI career, done well.
Our emblem is that path: a rising orange arc on navy, ending in a spark.
What we believe
- AI projects succeed when they start with one clear goal, are measured, and are owned by people.
- A portfolio of real work beats a certificate alone.
- We never promise jobs or income. We teach skills and show you the evidence.

Who we are
Arcwell AI Academy is operated by [LEGAL NAME], [Street address], Colorado. In this policy, "we" means Arcwell. Questions go to [email protected] or [PHONE].
What we collect
- What you give us. Your name, email, phone, ZIP code and program interest when you request information, apply, book a call or chat with our assistant. Applications also include your background, payment choice and any sponsoring company.
- From your sponsor. If an employer pays for your seat, the employer may give us your name, work email and role.
- While you study. Attendance, assignments, assessments and capstone work, kept as your student record.
- Automatically. Basic site analytics, such as pages visited and device type, using cookies you can block in your browser.
How we use AI with your information
We teach AI automation, and we use it ourselves, always with a person checking the result.
- The admissions assistant answers from our published catalog. Chats are saved so an admissions manager can review them and follow up.
- AI checks that an application is complete and summarizes it for an advisor. A person makes every admissions decision. AI never accepts or rejects anyone.
- AI drafts replies, reminders and call briefings. Staff review anything sent on your behalf.
- We use AI providers under contracts that limit how they use your data. We do not allow your information to be used to train public AI models.
How we use your information
To answer your questions, process applications and enrollment, run classes, issue credentials, send schedule reminders, report to sponsors you have agreed to, meet our legal duties, and improve our programs.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with:
- Service providers that run our systems, such as our CRM (HubSpot), e-signature, payment, course platform, email and AI providers.
- Your sponsoring employer, only the progress information you agree to share.
- Government agencies or others when the law requires it.
Email and text messages
If you give us your mobile number, we may text you about your inquiry, application or class schedule. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time. Every marketing email has an unsubscribe link.
Student records
We keep student records for the period Colorado law requires for private occupational schools, and limit access to staff who need them. Students can ask to see or correct their records.
Your choices
You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop marketing messages. Colorado residents may also have rights under the Colorado Privacy Act. Write to [email protected] and we will respond within 45 days. We may keep records the law requires us to keep.
Security
We use access controls, encryption in transit and reputable providers to protect your information. No system is perfectly secure, so we will tell you promptly if a breach affects you, as Colorado law requires.
Children
Our programs are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
We will post any change here with a new effective date, and email enrolled students about significant changes.
